"Outstanding Service"

Savant Design, LLC, along with its subsidiaries, assignees, agents, and representatives agree to honor all terms and conditions with its clients in accordance to the clauses outlined in this document. All parties with mutual business interests and goals consent to adhere to these policies for the purpose of developing, creating, and completing various advertising work for the clients of Savant Design, LLC.

I. The duration of any project is not to exceed a two week time frame except to include minor changes and editing as desired by the client. Each client is allowed three design change options to their projects. After the allotted amount, subsequent changes made to the design incur a minimum surcharge of $30 (more for larger projects that have many pages such as magazines, websites, etc. Savant Design, LLC reserves the right to surcharge based on the level of changes desired by the client).
II. Project costs are outlined in a company price bulletin and are non-negotiable. Savant Design, LLC reserves the right to set forth minimum pricing for projects as well as further charges that coincide with the level of work and speed of service desired by the client. No less than a 50% non-refundable* deposit of the entire project’s total (including printing as needed) is required at the time of placing an order that is $200 or more. Orders below $200 must be paid in full before work can begin. If Savant has taken on a project based on a client's budget that is less than our minimum price guideline, full payment is required before the start of said project. At the time of payment, the client will be given a purchase order sheet detailing the scope of their project(s). Any remaining fees after deposits are due upon completion of the project, before it can be considered “yours,*” after which the client will be given a receipt.
III. It is not part of the policies of Savant Design, LLC to create any work for a client prior to a deposit being made. If the client desires sample work, examples of previous work designed by the company can be sent to them electronically or they can view the company’s portfolio on the website www.savantgenius.com. Savant Design, LLC assumes that a client has knowledge as to the character of the company’s design scope and style prior to contacting us for a project.
IV. For work that requires printing, Savant Design, LLC contracts the printing portion to outside affiliates. If the amount needed is less than 250 count, the job can usually be printed locally and Savant Design, LLC asks that the client expect a 1-5 day turn around time. However, if the amount of copies needed is 250 plus, the work will be shipped either directly to an address provided by the client or to Savant’s office for pickup.
V. Once the design on a printing job that is 250 count and more is completed and sent for printing, Savant Design, LLC has no control over the length of time the finished job will arrive. The time frame is now determined by the printing affiliate and more so the shipping agent. Any time periods quoted by Savant Design, LLC are just estimates and cannot be guaranteed by the company; therefore, we ask that the client allot at least a two-week window for shipping.
VI. Savant Design, LLC reserves the right to place a company logo along with a link to our website or other contact information on any design we create. This form of advertising for the business ensures that product prices remain low cost solutions for our clients. If you would like for this information to be removed from your final design, understand that a $300 charge will be added to your total.

*Non-refundable - If after Savant Design, LLC has already made designs for a client and they choose to no longer work with us before completion of any project, the company retains the 50% deposit. This will be to displace time spent and any other fees incurred in creating the sample work for the client. Furthermore, if a client pulls out of a project upon completing payment, within 5 days Savant Design will provide proof of the amount of work commenced. A refund not exceeding 50% will be issued based upon the stage of work already completed. If the company is the one that decides to discontinue working with a client after receiving full payment but not having handed files over to said client, we will refund that remaining balance that was paid. This does not include any discount packages, sales, or promotions, all of which are final and non-negotiable.

*Handing over documents - Savant Design retains ownership of all our designs. Files will only be delivered to a client upon completion of all necessary payments.
